Your Questions, Answered

In order to shop Bi-State Blooms product you will need to
Register for a ROOTED FARMERS ACOUNT. This is free for buyers; all you’ll need is your EIN.
Once your registration is complete you can request to connect with Bi-State Blooms.
Once connected you will be able to shop our product weekly during our open ordering window.

This is dependent on the specific product needs for your event.
You will always be able to order product a week ahead of time during our normal ordering window. If you need more lead time you can submit an advanced order HERE. Advanced orders should be placed no later than three weeks before your event.

Although all of our products go through a quality check, sometimes things happen. If you experience a product failure, you will need to
notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product and include pictures of the product.
Once the issue has been identified we will offer either a refund or an emergency substitution if necessary.

You can choose to select either delivery or pickup when placing your order.
Deliveries will be made on Tuesday and Thursdays
Pickups times are from 10am-12pm on Tuesdays at City House Country Mouse, or at our Bi-State Blooms shop on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 1-3pm.

No, we do not offer same day delivery. In the case of an emergency, you are welcome to reach out however due to the logistics of acquiring product from our farms, there is no guarantee we can fulfill a same day product request.

If a product you ordered becomes unavailable due to weather related issues or pest damage, you will be notified and offered a substitute. If a substitution is declined the product will be removed from your order.
