Pre-Orders
Why Pre-Order
Placing a pre-order is the best way to guarantee you receive the appropriate product needed to fulfill your weekly orders
Log into your Rooted Farmer account during the ordering wintow to view our updated product availability each week.
Select the product you’d like to purchace. It will be held in your cart for one hour while you contiue to shop.
Select your fulfilment day and method, proceed to check out.
ORDERING WINDOWS
Our weekly ordering window is open Thursdays at 8 AM through Tuesdays at 5 PM, with two fulfillment days each week.
Tuesday Delivery & Pickup
Orders MUST be placed by Sunday at 5 PM
Thursday Delivery & Pickup
Orders MUST be placed by Tuesday at 5 PM

In Person Shopping & Pick-up CHCM
In order to make your experience shopping with us go as smoothly as possible, we ask that you please observe the guidelines listed below. Please review the following information before coming to pick up your order or shop in person at City House Country Mouse (CHCM).
PRE-ORDER PICK UP HOURS: Tuesdays from 10am - Noon
IN-PERSON SHOPPING HOURS: Tuesdays from 10am - 2pm
PARKING
Easiest parking is earlier in the morning. Free street parking or church lot parking. Can park at hydrant on corner or directly in front of church for quick visits. Parking can be more difficult around lunch time (11am-1pm). There are occasional funeral and church services - please be mindful not to park directly in front of the church or in the church lot when it’s obvious something is going on there.
No parking second Tuesday 8am-11am on CHCM side of the street due to street cleaning. NO PARKING IN BACK
LOT. If you can’t find parking close enough, please contact us, and we can bring your order out to you with a cart.
BUCKETS
Product will be held in water at CHCM, but we will not provide buckets for transport. Please bring your own buckets if you would like to transport your product in water.
WHEN PICKING UP OR SHOPPING
Be sure to carefully inspect product for quality and to ensure all items are accounted for before paying. Bi-State Blooms and CHCM are not responsible for damage or missing items once orders have left the store.
PAYMENT
You must be registered for an account on Rooted Farmers to Shop our products in person at City House Country Mouse. We accept cash, check, or we can run the card on file in your Rooted Farmers account.

• What if I miss the pick-up window? We know emergencies happen—please contact us ASAP if an issue arises surrounding your order pick up. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for all orders not picked up during the given timeframe, and we cannot guarantee pickup availability outside these hours so please make every effort to be on time. If we need to make special accommodations for you to retrieve your product outside our normal hours, an additional charge may be applied.
If you have any issues with the quality of your product, take a photo and email us at
bistateblooms@gmail.com within 24 hours of noticing the problem. We will make every effort to
offer a timely replacement or provide a refund. Kate at City House Country Mouse is available to
assist with product questions on the floor. All questions regarding product availability and
ordering should be emailed to bistateblooms@gmail.com.
