Bi-State Blooms Workshop Waiver, Consent & Policy
By participating in Bi-State Blooms, LLC floral design or craft workshops, or by using Bi-State Blooms, LLC property, facilities, or services, I agree to the following:
RELEASE/WAIVER: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bi-State Blooms, LLC, its owners, contractors, and instructors from any claims for personal injury or damages arising from participation in Bi-State Blooms workshops.
PHOTO CONSENT: I grant Bi-State Blooms, LLC permission to use images taken at the Bi-State Blooms hub or images I submit for publicity, advertising, or web content. Bi-State Blooms, LLC is not responsible for images taken by others.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Workshop payments are made through online registration. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the workshop will receive credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the credit. Bi-State Blooms may cancel a workshop if minimum registration is not met one week before the workshop, the instructor cancels, or hazardous weather occurs. In those cases, Bi-State Blooms will contact you and offer a refund or future workshop credit.
PARKING: Parking is available in front of the venue, at the building to the north, and across the street. Registrants are encouraged to park two deep so everyone has a short walk to the building.
REFRESHMENTS: Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks may be brought in.
CHILDREN: Generally, children under the age of twelve are welcome to participate in kids’ workshops, but not those designated for adults.
